How long will it take for a package to arrive at a United States address?

Packages that are shipped through USPS First Class Mail usually takes 3 – 5 days to get delivered. Packages that are shipped through USPS Priority Mail usually takes 2 – 3 days to get delivered.

How long will it take for a package to arrive to an address in Canada?

After the initial processing time which can take up to 24 hours, your page will be shipped through USPS. Estimated delivery time is 5 – 10 days.

How long will it take for a package to arrive to an address outside of the US and Canada?

After the initial processing time which can take up to 24 hours, your page will be shipped through USPS. Estimated delivery time is 10 – 20 days.

Can I return or exchange my items?

For sanitary/hygienic purposes and the intimate nature of the products we sell, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.

Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.

How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?

Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

What if the product is lost in the mail?

If your package is lost in transit, no worries! We will re-send it at no cost to you. However, if the tracking information for the package states that it has been delivered, NaughtyMerch unfortunately would not take responsibility.

Where can I find the tracking information for my orders?

Once your package is shipped, we will send you a notification to the billing email address that you provided at checkout.

Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 2 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

1. you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)

3. you receive the wrong item

4. you cancel the order within the timeline 2Hr

1.your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

2.your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on the Contact Us page.
